Find answers to common questions about using the Eye Walk Ai app
Open your tour library, choose a curated or personal tour, and select Download and start. An active daily pass is required. Location access improves guidance, but manual arrival controls remain available.
Yes, you can pause a tour at any time by clicking the 'Pause' button. To resume, simply click 'Resume' when you're ready to continue.
Yes. Choose Download and start while you are online. The verified tour, stop details, and available media are saved on this device so guidance can continue if your signal drops.
Downloaded tours can be used without a signal. You still need a connection to sign in, purchase or restore access, create a personal tour, search for destinations, and download or refresh tour content.
Camera guidance keeps live frames on your device while showing the 3D direction arrow. Landmark Scanner is a separate action: only after you tap Scan landmark is that captured image sent securely for recognition. Text guidance, map links, and manual arrival controls remain available as fallbacks.
No. Eye Walk AI does not currently contact emergency services, notify emergency contacts, or share your live location with friends. If you need urgent help, stop the tour and use your phone's normal emergency features.
Eye Walk AI does not sell personal data or use it for cross-company tracking. Precise location supports active guidance and optional nearby lookup. Live camera guidance stays on your device; a single landmark photo is uploaded only after you explicitly tap Scan landmark, and Eye Walk does not retain that image. See the Privacy Policy for provider, retention, and deletion details.
