One Daily Pass provides 24 hours of access to supported ready-made and personal walking tours, including available navigation and voice guidance. It is access to the app's tours, not a reservation for a scheduled tour or event.

For a new pass, the 24-hour window begins at the verified purchase time. The app checks your Eye Walk AI account before checkout and shows when your pass is active.

No. The Daily Pass is a single, non-renewing purchase. It does not become a recurring subscription, and the app blocks another checkout while a pass is active.

The iPhone app shows the Daily Pass offered through the App Store. Apple presents the price and confirms payment; Eye Walk AI verifies the completed purchase before enabling access. Web checkout is handled separately through Stripe.

Sign in to the same Eye Walk AI account, stay online, open a tour that requires access, and choose 'Restore App Store purchases'. Restoration rechecks recorded purchases; it does not create a new pass or extend an expired one.

No booking or check-in code is needed. After the payment provider and Eye Walk AI verify the purchase, the app updates the access on your account so you can download and start a supported tour.
